Not in the options area, the actual export type at the top under Export
host, it says Export with a drop down. In there you'll see a an option
called 'sqlradius_withdomain - Real-time export to SQL-backed RADIUS
(ICRADIUS, FreeRADIUS) with realms' that's the type of export, then in
the options define your DB source, username, and password and you'll be
golden.

I have no such export called sqlradius_withdomain

I'm using FreeSide 1.4.1RC4. The export only asks me to enter the
datasource, username and password for the SQL server. Those are the only
options that I can enter in my export.
