builddbm

Hi! I have a RedHat 8.0 with freeside 1.4.1beta6 exporting textradius
to a Redhat 7.3 with cistron radius. Users file is updated on export 
machine, no error messages on job queue. However, builddbm its not
 being processed. I also tried on a machine with similar configuration as 
the freeside machine with no luck (redhat 8.0, perl v5.8.0).

What do I missing?..  


System Configuration is:

 RedHat Linux 8.0
 Freeside Version is: 1.4.1beta6
 PostgreSQL: v.7.2.2
 Perl: V5.8.0 
 Apache: 1.3.27 
 Net::SSH up to date
 Net::SCP up to date
 RADIUS::UserFile 1.0

Radius machine, 

RedHat 7.3
perl: V5.6.1
Cistron radius: v1.6.6
