[freeside] Esec Payment Gateway

Questions about specific Business::OnlinePayment backends are not really
on-topic on the Freeside mailing list.  Freeside calls the
Business::OnlinePayment interface; from that point onward it is your
responsibility to make your processor work - either by choosing a vendor
that supports their own Business::OnlinePayment backend (i.e.
TrustCommerce), or by contracting with an integrator to provide support
for your specific gateway.
