[freeside] Signup Server Bind Difficulties

I only have one instance.  I posted 2 tries by accident. But using a ps -aux
I don't see the signup server running.

I am having problems with a signup server.  For testing purposes I am
running the signup server on the local machine(when we go live I get a
second server where signup will reside).  I get the following messages
when
I try to start the signup server.

If I could get some help solving this problem it would be appreciaited.
