Export question

I was wondering if anyone could clear something up for me. I understand how the exports work .. however ... Im not clear on what passes the queue_args   to be inserted into the queue_args table for exporting. It boils down to all of my exporting functions are working ...  except the sqlmail export. Inserts ... deletes and modifys are working ... however  when I suspend an email account  with this export  attached ...  the ARGS list changes somewhat  and breaks the sqlmail.pm module. I expect this is either a bug ...  or I need to do something additional to fix it. I would like to know how I can change the behavior of the queue_args
when an account is SUSPENDED  or UNSUSPENDED.  I am using 1.5.0pre3  with mysql 4.1 and apache 1.3.
