Unuasual config?

Folks,

I am attempting to figure out how to use Freeside to do the following 
and I am stumped.

Freeside 1.4.0
Apache 1.3.23
Perl and mod_perl
qmail
Vmailmgr
djbdns

1 customer can have multiple Radius/Unix logins
1 Radius/Unix login can have multiple email addresses located as a 
subdirs of the Unix login home directory
1 Radius/Unix login can have multiple domain web sites located as 
subdirs of the Unix login home directory
Quotas enabled for the Unix logins

Use of vmailmgr for domain email system instead of vpopmail

DNS using djbdns instead of bind.

Is there ANY documentation that shows how freeside is intended to be 
used for basic functions?  The package system that is implemented comes 
so close to what I want to do that it is very frustrating.
