[freeside] Vpopmail + MySQL backend

It was hard to find, but there I found a patch at sourceforge to use a
MySQL backend for sendmail at sourceforge.  The patches are for
versions in the 8.9, 8.11 and 8.12 range.  There is a qpopper mysql
patch as well.  I found that at linuxapp.org (I believe).  just search
yahoo on mysql and pop3.

I'm also looking at several other packages that are sendmail
replacements.  Probably the most interesting is Xtrememail. It has a
backend that you can telnet to.  by extension, that means that perl or
PHP can also talk to it direclty.  Might make life interesting.  If I
were any good at programming in C or C++, I'd write my own.
