[freeside] 1.4.0pre14 sql export error

Ok, would it be just easier for me now to redo freeside using postgresql
rather than mysql? or without sounding pushy is a fix imminent ? 

Or is the general feel amongst people using freeside here to use
postgresql rather anyway.

Thanks for the useful error report.  Apparantly I made a mistake coding
the MySQL workarounds in freeside-queued.  I don't actually run MySQL
myself.
