1.4.0pre14 sql export error

Hey people,

Upon installing the latest testing 1.4.0pre14 all is well, the entire
freeside package is extremely faster than the previous versions, except
now once i've added a user, the sql export does not work.

When viewing the job queue, it has all the accounts ive tested the sql
export with , showing inserts / deletes, but neither of which is
happening and i cant see anything
in the mysql.log, with the STATUS = NEW.

There are no errors, and im a bit confused, can anyone shed some light ?
like before from memory it used to say 'pending' or 'error' at least
with retry buttons etc.
