The database layout that the export, and courier, uses is pretty generic.
For the most part, it is just a renamed version of svc_acct, svc_domain,
and svc_forward.  Courier and Exim both required configuration changes but
nothing else.  Being that sqlmail exports all the available fields to the
remote database, this could be used for any mail server that supports sql
queries.  That's why I left the name sqlmail instead of something more
specific.
