1.4.0 and authorize.net

Hello - 

I've looked through the docs, but there are no clear instructions
anywhere on setting up merchant accounts with 1.4.0... am i not looking
hard enough?

i'm trying to set up authorize.net. i've installed and tested the
corresponding Business::OnlinePayment module.

what would be the correct syntax for the business-onlinepayment field in
the configuration? how about passing the testmode flag?
