sqlradius not writing to DB

Hi,

I have installed Freeside 1.4.0 release on FreeBSD 4.6-Release with postgresql-7.2.1
and am having problems with sqlradius exporting to FreeRadius 0.5 (MySQL
4.0.1) on another server.

When I run freeside-sqlradius-reset, freeside connects to the radius DB,
deletes the proper tables but never populates the tables with user info. 
It doesn't even connect to instert.

Am I missing something in my dialup svc_acct settings? or missing
setting a config param?
