There will be no further schema changes within the 1.4.X series -
everything from here on out will be a drop-in replacement.  Please try it
and let me know of any problems. 


Changes from pre14:

Queue daemon works under MySQL again.

Quick "one-time charge" controls on main customer view.

textradius export which edits an existing text RADIUS users file

Re-wrote the shellcommands export, adding support for
setting passwords under modern Linux distributions, NetBSD and FreeBSD.

Found and fixed the "can't start freeside-queued as root" bug which was
causing ssh jobs to get stuck.
