I would have recommended Red Hat CCVS, but that seems to be gone now -
they point you to http://www.mainstreetsoftworks.com/

CCVS still seems to be available for download from
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/ccvs/current/ - so if it works for you, 
no reason not to use it.
