Adding accounts locally on RedHat System.

I'm running RedHat Linux 7.2 with freeside 1.3.1
 
I set up the mysql tables and everything, everything seems to be set up
correctly.. I can't seem to figure this out though and I really need
someones help.
 
I like this sytem, I like how it keeps track of stuff, etc.. But I only
have one server and want it when I add a new customer say for "Basic
Hosting" package.. I want it to LOCALLY:
 
Add account
Put info in apache conf file
Add email (I have vpopmail)
Etc.
 
Is this possible???
