1.4.0pre10 error after installation

Hello,

I've just finished installing freeside 1.4.0pre10 and have started in on the
Administration section of the documentation. When I try to go to the
configuration section of the webpage, I get the following error in my
httpd-error-log file:

I've installed Apache::ASP version 2.31 running on Apache version 1.3.22.
