I can live with schema changes.  I just did some in CVS compared to the
last prerelease so adding some more doesn't hurt.

it's good to edit these files when doing a schema change:

bin/fs-setup
httemplate/docs/upgrade8.html
README.1.4.0pre11
httemplate/docs/schema.html
for new tables: edit FS/FS.pm, add a new FS/FS/table_name.pm
