[freeside] Freeside Reports and other issues

You've sent a lot of "wish-lists" over the years, Tim, and while I do 
appriciate them and they typically become part of the TODO (now the TODO 
database), if you want things to happen in the short term you need to step 
forward and _make them happen_.
