DBI->connect error: ... UID.pm line 88 using PG FS 1.4.0

Hi All !  Though I am new to freeside I am not to Linux!
RTFM and forum and have solved most issues but cannot connect to the
DBI!
Here is the error, and some system info to help troubleshooting ...
