Agents

Are agents eventually going to reflect off the users login?  I have been
looking at doing some file permission stuff (being able to edit
packages,being able to add services) for the interface.  I was thinking of
making the agents reflect from the login through Apache so that that user
can only order those particular packages assigned to them.  Also, I was
thinking of making a seperate table for file_permission with a primary key
of agentnum and values such as view_billing, show_passwd, browse(database
intensive), etc.   


Please send me thoughts and comments on this issue.
