Changing of money_char does not affect system

System Parameters:
OS: RedHat Linux 6.2 Kernel 2.2.14-5.0
Perl: 5.005_03 Built for 1386_linux
Mysql: Ver 11.15 Distrib 3.23.38 for pc-linux-gnu

BDI: version 1.15
DBD:mysql 2.0900

I have put 'Shs' in the money_char file in the
configuration directory and even went and changed
money_char in cust_bill.pm before installing but the
figures still show in dollars. Is there anywhere I
could be missing it.
