Illegal Password problem durring legacy import

Hi there, ok been flailing at this for weeks, waaaa!
Spec: RH7, Perl 5.6.0, All Mods installed, Mysql 3.23.36 (compiled with
BDB), Freeside 1.3.0 works great!


So here the story, have attempted to import legacy data with svc_acct.import
but come up with this error:
Illegal password at ./svc_acct.import line 241, <PASSWD> line 1

After looking in both passwd/shadow.import files, the first character of
passwd field contains a "!"  - (used to disable accounts)
and is only 14 characters long

I got alot of these disabled accounts, we like to keep them.

I am guessing that site_perl/svc_acct.pm is the file to check but baffled as
to where to change/add let alone how.

This wasn't a prob with the freeside 1.2.3 version of svc_acct.* , that
imported the legacy data nicely
