Suid not working

[System Admin]

Ok I think I have everything set up correctly, and when I run apache as user
freeside everything works fine, however when I switch to user nobody it
stops working.  I would understand that fine except I have the scripts
setuid, here is the output of an ls -al on one of the scripts dirs.  Any
Ideas?
