This is a warning that occurs if you do not have a textradiusprepend
configuration file (see htdocs/docs/config.html) and can be ignored.
Or: create an empty textradiusprepend file, or remove the `-w' from the 
first line of svc_acct.export or use svc_acct.export from CVS.
