fs-setup errors

hi all,
my details:

o/s freebsd 4.3-STABLE
perl, version 5.005_03 built for i386-freebsd
mysql  3.23.39, for -freebsd4.3 on i386
DBI-1.18
p5-Mysql-modules-1.2216 (this freebsd has DBD in it )

my machine is less than 3 days old built from scratch, built of freebsd ports.

when running fs-setup

script runs ok
and everything is created (i think)

hard to tell if its creating any problems.

is there any way to tell ?
