Help. Can't locate FS/UID.pm

Ok, I've gone through the Docs, installed all the Perl Mods etc. 
Even got FS installed without errors.  However, when I run
edit/cust_main.cgi I get the following:

Software error:
Can't locate FS/UID.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i386-linux
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl) at
/var/www/html/edit/cust_main.cgi line 133. 

I think the problem lies somewhere in the fact that if I search for
UID.pm it's found at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/FS/UID.pm
for some odd reason.  I tried copying the UID.pm to
/usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0 but that doesn't change anything.

I've run into a wall I can't climb.  Can anyone help me over?
