The current CVS code will become 1.3.0 soon. Please test it out and let
me know of any problems.

New features since 1.2.3, off the top of my head:

Database transactions. PostgreSQL is recommended. MySQL's default MyISAM
and ISAM table types are no longer supported. If you really want to use
MySQL, you need to use one of the new transaction-safe table types such as
BDB.

Aging reports (30/60/90/120-day open invoices)

Session monitor. This can be used, with RADIUS, to keep track of NAS
ports, and can also be used to implement hotel- or cafe- type access,
where the user must sign in on a webpage before being granted access to
the network. In conjunction with the session server, prepaid cards can
now be for an amount of time rather than money.

Export of BIND and Apache configuration files.
