[freeside] Importing Legacy master.passwd data with svc_acct.import

Im sorry for not including the error message

Illegal gid at ./svc_acct.import line 228, <PASSWD> chunk 515.

I successfully import 514 records all with 4 character GID's   and the next
one is a 3 character GID if that is any help
