The latest stable release is, by definition, currently available.

Perhaps you meant an UPCOMING release.  The answer is, of course, when
it's ready.  This is free software - there aren't product deadlines to
meet.  If you want to see the a release sooner, you're welcome to grab a
copy of the development source and help test/bugfix it.
