No, that's not FreezeThaw, that's part of the MLDBM package. You need to
remove that link and install the actual FreezeThaw package.

In a perl script, you can do something like:
BEGIN { unshift "/path/", @INC; }
There's also an environment variable (PERL5INC?) and a command-line option
IIRC, and you can set the @INC path when you compile Perl. You probably
just want to leave it alone, however - CPAN installs modules into the @INC
path by default.
