[freeside] REMOTE_USER problem still...

Hmmm, I'd do that only if your web server is only used for freeside,
otherwise you might want to stick to nobody. I'd suggest setuid the scripts
instead, this and other approaches to make the scripts run as freeside are
detailed in the docs/install.html document.
