The CVS version is *not* for general usage; it is for *devleopment* and
may be broken at any time.  You are not expected report bugs and ask for
assistance with the CVS version, you are expected to fix problems and
submit patches.

As per the message below and htdocs/docs/config.html, you need to choose
the name of your secrets file and put it in the file called `mapsecrets'.
