[freeside] Invalid Perl Modules

This module doesn't have a Makefile so an automated install isn't
possible.  Just download it by hand, make a directory called
"Business" somewhere in one of your perl @INC directories
(eg. /usr/local/perl5/.../Business/), and copy CreditCard.pm there.  That
should do it.
