The current version includes email invoicing.  Enter one or more
comma-separated email addresses in the `Email Invoice' form field on the
New Customer or Edit Customer page.

Yes, setting up mhourly metered billing would require a moderate amount of
Perl clue, as well as an understanding of the data logged by your RADIUS
(or TACACS, ERPCD, or portslave) daemon, which is hopefully being sent
directly to your SQL database.
