Bad header=HTTP/1.0 302 Moved Temporarily:

I'm trying to run fs-1.1.6 and this error seems to come 
up whenever a script in edit/process runs.  The complete 
error from the browser is 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, cweimann at wallnet.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and
anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

malformed header from script. Bad header=HTTP/1.0 302 Moved Temporarily:
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/freeside/edit/process/part_referral.cgi

and httpd-error.log shows
