Problem with "Browse" function

As mentioned in upgrade3.html (just fixed the dyslexic tpyo there),
configuration file location has changed.

As mentioned in config.html, all further configuration files and
directories are located in `/usr/local/etc/freeside/conf.datasource', for
example, `/usr/local/etc/freeside/conf.DBI:Pg:dbname=freeside'
