Recompiling PostgreSQL to support longer column names

PostgreSQL ships by default with a maximum of 31 character column names.

If anyone can assist me getting PostgreSQL working with larger column
names, please contact me off-list.  (Background: I've upped NAMEDATALEN
and OIDNAMELEN as well as PADDED_SBUFDESC_SIZE, but get runtime errors in
the initial ShmemCreate)
