When I run the bin/fs-setup

I have followed the instructions and all seems to be going well (no error
messages).  When I run the bin/fs-setup as user freeside, this is what I
get:

Use of uninitialized value at /usr/local/lib/site_perl/DBD/Pg.pm line 65.

I have created the user freeside, they own the database freeside.  Any
other suggestions?
