Server 500 Errors

Can anyone help?
I have followed all instructions to the best of my knowledge. I am receiving server 500 errors when I try to access any of the .cgi scripts. Here is what my apache error log is telling me:
 
Did I completely screw something up? Did I not link the directory correctly?
