What OS and version, what version of Perl, PostgreSQL, DBI, and DBD::Pg?

What is the first line of your /var/spool/freeside/conf/secrets file?  For
MySQL, you would specify `DBI:mysql:freeside' but the syntax for
PostgreSQL is slightly different (see the DBD:Pg manpage):
`DBI:Pg:dbname=freeside'.
