Unknown state/county/country error (Was: Re: I can't win for loosing :))

Yes, what's in your cust_main_county table?  More specifically, is there a
record in that table that corresponds to the state/county you've selected?
(there should be, it it comes from a pull-down menu)

On the off-chance, did you forget to run bin/fs-setup?
