unitialized value

Getting the following errors in my error_log when trying to add
a new customer.

[Wed Jun 10 11:21:36 1998] cust_main.cgi: Use of uninitialized value at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/FS/Record.pm line 419.
[Wed Jun 10 11:21:36 1998] cust_main.cgi: Customer not found! at
/home/htdocs/view/cust_main.cgi line 58.

Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
