Difficult Time Installing

I downloaded libwww-perl-5.35.tar.gz and installed it..   for some
strange reason it didn't contain  CouterFile.. Anyway I downloaded it
http://www.perl.com/CPAN-local/modules/by-module/File/File-CounterFile-0.12.tar.gz
and installed it..  fs-setup ran without an error..
