Internal Errors

Ivan you were correct about the authentication and I think I have that
fixed now however I have started getting this error now 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.
 
the httpd log file states that I am having premature end of script
headers

I am using freebsd 2.2.8
and apache 1.3 also mysql which seems to be working 
What am I doing wrong ?
