Looks like CGI::Base::redirect is not working for you - I don't know why
this would be the case.  After the script (in this case,
htdocs/edit/process/cust-main.cgi) is done processing your change, it
tries to redirect you somewhere useful.  Something unusual about your
configuration is preventing this.

If this script doesn't work, you need to fix that before you can use the
freeside software.
