[freeside-devel] Erorr running freeside-upgrade on 4.x and 5.x

Hi, after the last payby changes, running freeside-upgrade on 4.x and 5.x
generates this error:

DROP INDEX cust_main8
DBD::Pg::db do failed: ERROR:  index "cust_main8" does not exist at
/usr/local/bin/freeside-upgrade line 299.
Error: ERROR:  index "cust_main8" does not exist
 executing: DROP INDEX cust_main8 at /usr/local/bin/freeside-upgrade line
299.

If you repeat the run you get something similar on cust_main or h_cust_main
always for cust_main8 or 9.

Of course we can live with these fields on the database by now, however
sometime in the future this could generate some update troubles as the
freeside-upgrade script did not end running correctly.
