[freeside-devel] RPM build system and maintainer

Our current RPM build system is currently unable to build RPMs based on 
current CVS reliabily (it keeps including old code).

We're looking for someone to fix the immediate problem, and in the 
long-term, overhaul or replace the RPM build system.  It seems to me the 
whole thing may be ridiculously overengineered for what should be a 
simple task.
