[freeside-devel] Error message when using freeside 1.5.8

Anyone ever seen this message then they try to goto 
https://x.x.x.x/freeside/view/svc_acct.cgi?663 that error message will 
show in ssh console to linux box and then the page will show up blank... 
it only does it on this item itself. I'm using 1.5.8 with postgresql. I 
only get the message when click on a radius package within the customers 
account.
