[freeside-devel] bug; inventory item import

Using Windows with Firefox or IE6, attempting to import a list of numbers
created in notepad or in ultraedit saved in unix format results in the
following error:

Your request could not be processed because of the following error:

Illegal or empty (text) (error code illegal_or_empty_text) item: 12000
---

The number "12000" is the first line from the file.
