t/ClientAPI_SessionCache.t

t/ClientAPI_SessionCache.t would very much like to be able to load
FS::ClientAPI::SessionCache.  In fact, I'd go so far as to say that's
its whole purpose in life.

FS::ClientAPI::SessionCache doesn't exist in CVS, and I don't think it
looks like a recent issue.  Should this be fixed, or are we eagerly
awaiting the addition to CVS of that module?
